"From Japan.
I think that I am disappointed.
I purchased a DVD the other day.
So, there is a error.
I can not play this one halfway.
When I play this DVD.
Episode 12 Part A
The DVD stopped after 9:00 minute.
Then, I got a new same DVD(ANGEL LINKS 4 ETERNAL ANGEL).
But, same error happened.
I think that this error is MASTERING-Error.
When seeing the back side of DVD, there seems to be a thin stripe.
Of course,I try some DVD-Drive and DVD-Player and Some Computer and OS.
The DVD-Drive which I am using is the following.
*PIONEER DVD-ROM DVD114-F
*TOSHIBA SD-R2002
*HITACHI GD-7500
The DVD-Player which I am using is the following drive.
*Win DVD2000
*Microsoft Movie Player
*Matrox DVD Player
*Other DVD Player Soft
I purchased it in December, 2001.
I made contact with the customer service many times.
But, a definite answer doesn't come all the more.
This DVD is a good anime.
I surely want to see it.
