Pretty good. The weight lifting angle was unique. Good flick for teenagers (and adults of all ages) to watch. Just enough edge to it to keep them interested. Things that affect young adults preparing to leave high school get covered honestly with a no holds barred approach that shows actions and consequences: underage sex, drug abuse, truancy, annoying parents, not be able to pay for college, illegal aliens, jail, war... you name it.
See what happens when a girl does all the right things, follows all the rules, but her dream is denied. She even tries doing the wrong things (cheating) and her dream is still denied. (Hence the title "All She Can" -- she's doing all she can). All doors shut in her face no matter what she does. That's how many young adults feel and this movie portrays it very well.
