Pretty clever plotline! Yellowstone's Beth Dutton is in this but in a different acting role that was the start of her raspy attitude!

This is a fabulous series. The beautiful and talented Kelly Reilly, side by side with Ciaran Hinds & Shaun Dingwall. Written by Lynda LaPlante, who also created Jane Tennison fabulously played by Helen Mirren in Silent Witness.

Above Suspicion: Deadly Intent

A man kills the surgeon who has just changed his face. The team investigates the shooting of a retired police officer known by Langton at a drug dealer's den on a seedy estate, which soon links into one of the FBI Ten Most Wanted Fugitives, a drug dealer who disappeared over ten years ago. Kelly Reilly, Ciarán Hinds, Celyn Jones, Amanda Lawrence and Shaun Dingwall all reprise their respective roles, with Ray Fearon, Robbie Gee and Andrew Woodall also starring.

The first episode opened with 5.495 million viewers on ITV, a 19.5% share, with another 326,000 on ITV HD. It was narrowly beaten by BBC One's new series of Silent Witness which, with 5.877 million viewers, had a 20.9% share of the 9-10pm audience.[7]
