Member Movie Reviews Mark D. from N DARTMOUTH, MA Reviewed on 10/1/2014... this budget disc is definitely NOT unwatchable. It irks me that movie collectors usually totally ignore this type of DVD. Yes...90% of the dollar store DVD's are crap, but this one definitely is not. This copy of DEVIL BAT is really a great quality presentation with clear picture quality and clear sound. I have a feeling that this company simply lifted the Roan Group video and used it here. THE PHANTOM CREEPS is of equally good quality and is the original 12 chapter serial rather than the edited movie version that usually makes the budget disc rounds.
