Help Center - What is SwapaDVD Delivery Confirmation?

SwapaDVD Delivery Confirmation (SwapaDVD-DC) is electronic USPS delivery confirmation that is printed right onto your SwapaDVD wrapper!

Why use it? 

• It provides "QuickCredit" - Your credits will be granted as soon as the package is scanned by the USPS and the scan is transmitted to our system.
• It provides "CreditAssurance" - Your credits are guaranteed against loss, as long as the package was scanned by the USPS at least once en route.
• It supports SwapaDVD
• It is less expensive than Delivery Confirmation purchased from the PO
• No other Delivery Confirmation will offer QuickCredit or CreditAssurance at SwapaDVD - only the DC purchased through the site will do that.

SwapaDVD Delivery Confirmation is a per-transaction paid feature at SwapaDVD

• You do NOT need to enroll.  There is no yearly subscription fee. 
• Any member who has SwapaDVD Money in his or her account and a printer to print out the barcode can use SwapaDVD Delivery Confirmation.
• Each time you use SwapaDVD-DC, it will cost you 49 cents:
  • 30 cents to SwapaDVD paid in SwapaDVD Money
  • 19 cents to USPS paid in postage applied to the package. 
    This is less than the 75 - 80 cents that USPS charges for regular DC purchased at the PO  (and PO DC does not grant QuickCredit or CreditAssurance!)
